Anyone know what a C2 error code is on a LEV lift?

C2 Elevator has made two attempts to run,but was not able to run properly. However, it was able to return to floor level, and is being shutdown to prevent future failures from causing entrapment between floors. A C2 failure will not allow elevator operation without a service visit or a telephone call-in.

Is this a LEV 1 or LEV II?

In my experience on the LEV II a c2 has been an indicator of the main CPU board to be going bad. The internal built in drive. World electronics has repaired mine in the past. Not sure if they still are do those or not.
