Has anyone ever replaced a HPLIM operator to something else an if so how did it go.
What door operator is the preferred provider for operator upgrade

Wouldn't Otis have a kit to convert to AT400? I've only seen an HPLIM door operator one time in my career, and that was over 15 years old ago.

Currently, the HPLIM is fully obsolete. The only spare still available are interlocks, skates, and possibly rollers. It was an overbuilt design to begin with and cost too much to produce.

The HPLIM used a 386EX processor in its controller. Hard to believe that you needed all that CPU horsepower to open and close a door, but wow, it could really open them super-fast! That copper plate could get nice and warm too!

AFAIK the only kit offered is the HPLIM to P-Glide.
