Found SPB dead.
Found MRO dead, Bat is at 32vdc not 48.( lucky car is not in OH)
Found ACP relays not picking due to contact of RLY4
(sub miniature relay on Lower Rh IOBD) not picked.
I believe this relay is software actuated. (Coil not on prints)
What you guys think?
