I may need to replace a CPUA board. It is my understanding that I need the proper programming to upload to the new board. Is there anyway of obtaining the programming if the memory stick is not already on site?

If the original CPUA is still functional you can download the software right out of it and upload it to the new board. If it’s dead and there is no USB stick.. you’ll have to get the generic and job file from TK. It won’t be an adjusted job file though so be ready to set up parameters, do a HW scan and at least an annual inspection to make sure everything works correctly and to your local code.
