Have a 3 car group consist of a duplex(passenger) and a single service elevator adjacent hallway..issue is the lobby hall button for the service car will not latch in that riser will light, but if button for the duplex is press it will latch the button for the service car..I have replaced hnb boards, button, cable etc have done tecr tech tecr tecc numerous times..dhnf shows all nodes online with no fault but I do have a waring saying ver mismatch hnatop ver-25 hnbtop ver-0, I keep getting a fault of 1127 and 1131..all other buttons work as should
