Anyone have any idea what causes this? IMS shows CKR shutdown as status. Won't run on normal, won't run on inspection. Any help?

No faults in log either.. all status lights green on 188 board.

The check redundancy shutdown should be associated with a fault. If the fault has been cleared, put the controller on inspection and cycle power. If it comes back up on CKR Shutdown you should get a fault to tell you why.

Is this a TAC20 or TAC32? No 188 board in T32.

Can someone let me know if there is a reason that we wouldn't be able to troubleshoot a tac32 with the EMS computer for tac20,50, etc.?

Want to make sure before we accept one under service.

You should be able to with your IMS version. Just make sure it has the “Black” icon on the desktop as that is for 32 bit IMS which you need for TAC32.

Looks like we may be out of luck. The icon is blue. We have had the laptop for 15 or 20 years I think

The help files only include tac-50, tac-20 and ISIS.

Could someone PM me with a known good place to grab updated software if posting it here is not a good idea please?
