Hello all. We inherited a 400a from Schindler. The CIO board was changed by Schindler before they left and it was incompatible with the GCIO360 software. Therefore, the car PI and car lanterns on LON Channel B did not work. We/the customer, updated the GCIO software and we replaced the CIOMRL board but channel B still shows as red on the board. When querying via the test function in the SMLCD, you can press service pin A and it will see it but press service pin B and nothing happens. We have also replaced the EBLON board twice and verified the LON cable reads good to make sure it wasn't a flaky travel cable wire.
Anyone have experience with this?
