Dpm never goes low? door won’t close all the way ?

Should I replace the board?

Late to this topic, but….
Closing torque adequate?
Final close speed adequate?
All linkage and other door equipment is free? No dragging or bent gib etc.
DCL is set properly?
Increasing torque in small increments or increasing final close speed should give you an idea of where to go next.
