Has anybody encountered MDZLV INPUT failure on Motion Control 2000 green board. Replaced selector board because it was discolored and burned on back side. Still faulting out after board change out. My next step is to change out HC-CTL board. Anybody have this issue before? Thanks for any input.

Pretty sure a bad DZ relay on the HC-CTL will cause that.

Whats the leveling system? If it's an Edge, I would check the connection in the controller DZF (or DZR if it's a front and back car) as well as the car connections at the LSI board, DZF_M and DZR_M, make sure they are properly terminated.

At the same time reseat your RJ45 connector(s) at your tape head and at the LSI board. Beyond that you may have a board failure.

Same goes for the QUTE system, if that's what you have on that job, just the terminals change nomeclature accordingly.

Replaced HC-CTL board resolved the problem. Thanks for input everyone.
