I have a 3 stop schindler 3300. Unit was found on the 1st floor not responding. After a soft reboot the controller just sits there with a spinning bar. Never boots up, waited 2 hours. If I switch the JHS switch to “off” it will boot up into the main menu. If I switch it to “on” it just goes right back to spinning, never loads. Is this a drive issue or communication issue. No idea where to go from here. Any thoughts?
