I have a tac 20 2 stop with some Lon trouble. Bottom floor push button not working. Spi loop says ok in Lon explorer LN board in hoistways has a slow steady blink. Swapped the top and bottom L24 boards and still same problem. Both l24 cards worked at the top floor but neither work at the bottom. Tried putting car on fire service elevator recalled but now won’t reset off of fire service? Tried I/o injection to memic the phase 1 key switch but car seems to be stuck on fire service.
Any ideas on how to get it of phase 1 so I can continue troubleshooting my button problem. It seems like the controller is not seeing all the I/0s at the main landing?

Could be a bad cable or connector. I just had a intermediate floor call button not working on a tac 20. I pulled the fixture off and pulled the 10 pin plug off the l24 card. I touched the pins together and the thing worked. Plugged back in and it didn't. Looked again and one pin was bent over and not going into plug. No idea how that happened without someone pulling the fixture and screwing it up but that was on the discreet wire plug. I mean also the spi loop plugs or wire could be bad

To reset fire service with IO injection you have to do the car and group IOs at the same time. Open both IO maps, enable IO injection in both. Pull FSH2 low (blue) in both IO maps then change injection back to red, pull FSH5 high in both car and group, wait a second then click again to un-inject FSH5, then click FSH2 in both maps to force high. Now you should see the car and group go back to auto. Then click FSH2 one more time to un-inject.
