Hi have a problem with a gen 2 after lightning strikes in the area. Original state was "DCS start". It wouldn't do a dcs run though due to DOL always high. That was because It had lost a bunch of parameters like DOL, DOB and top floor. After putting those parameters in the elevator performed the DCS run, stopping at all floors. However it only opened its doors at the bottom and top floor (5 floors) Now the elevator only takes calls to top and bottom and not the floors between in the car, and on the landing the second floor button calls it to the top, but the bottom floor button calls it down to the bottom floor just fine.
All the buttons are correctly addressed and to the correct floor. It's addressed to full collective.
All the parameters say "new" as well so perhaps it's been wiped and reset to defaults.
Is there a parameter I might be missing here to get the DCS run
to open the doors at all floors ??? As I think that's causing the buttons not to work properly. Any advice appreciated.

For each floor, there are Allowed calls masks

C = Car call
U = Up hall call
D = Down hall call
E = Emergency (hospital or VIP) call

There are front and rear Allowed call masks at each floor, so the Service Tool/OFT screen shows "CUDE CUDE", with the front call types first, and the rear call types second. When speaking people will say they are "Coo - Dee" masks because that's about the best way to pronounce the initials for "CUDE"

If you had floor 5 showing 1110 0000, that would mean that that you had a front car call, up hall call and down hall call at that floor, which is a pretty typical for an intermediate floor. At the bottom floor, you wouldn't have any "D" calls, and at the top floor you wouldn't have any "U" calls.
