I had an issue with a fault on a Motion Control VFMC-1000 "RZDX" Redundancy fault. We agreed amongst ourselves that the DZX relay on the SC-BASE board had gone flakey so we opted to replace the board as the relays are soldered directly to the board. After replacement I have PLD CYCLE FAULT right from startup. Car will run on inspection but if you let it go in Auto it will find the nearest floor and shut down on PLD Cycle Fault. Never had the issue before. Now, even when swapping to another good SC-BASE board, PLD Cycle Fault remains. Checked connectors very carefully and even swapped ribbon cables from SC-BASE to SC-HDIO on a good car to this car, no luck.
