Got one that is popping up this fault 2063. PA6 board and we thought it was defective. changed out the board and still same issue. DC motor, odd thing is we are getting constant 150 volts ac to the dc motor while it is sitting still, and AC voltage when it is opening and closting. It is trying to close even though DCL is high on board and the input in IMS We pulled the communication CON3 off and it stops that. The door does not want to open when it comes to a floor, if you help it a little it opens the rest of the way and closes fine, will answer the next call and start all over again. I am puzzled at why we are getting ac voltage to a dc motor and it did not open the armature or even tries to work off of ac. I realize it is possible to have another defective board, but doubting ourselves when we get the exact same fault.

Has the replacement PA6 board been programmed or did you upload a profile to the board? It more likely is not programmed for a PA6 and DC motor.
