wltr00 enthusiast W Joined: May 2015 Posts: 359	Got a 1992 Otis LMH in the pit. Can’t run up. Jumped UMV, ULV & PM relays to ground while on cartop inspection but still can’t run up. Not sure what else I may be missing. See attached photos. Looking for any assistance.
