Any solutions for a 330 vibration in up/dn leveling? here is the list of things we have confirmed that doesn't change vibrating. packings changed, cables tensioned correctly, leveling speeds good , oil is good , rails are good, . seems to slightly go away with lower oil temps.

Have you tried adding friction modifier? Also I cannot remember the technical term but there is a square galvanized rail that needs to be lubricated aswell along with the main rail of course.

I'll take an order of maxglide directly into the jacks please...
but only after lubricating the main rails and jack guide "rails" with 10w30 motor oil. I use a goldenrod oil can. Best stuff for those I've found. Slip it's great too but hard to source and a pita to apply. Synthetic motor oil works very well.
If a good oiling doesnt fix it, I'd land it, pull the drain plug on top of the jack blow some compressed air to push some oil into the tank to create room then add a half gallon of maxglide at least to each jack and dump a gallon in the tank.

Or use a quart sized suction pump thing to pull the oil out. Not sure what it's called, looks like a hypodermic needle but is a quart and is used to pull fluids out. Great for this type of stuff. Amazon or auto parts store. If your careful and pull out only what you'll replace you won't have to bleed the jacks afterwards or use compressed air.

Do you know where the vibration is coming from? Could it be vibrating in the tank? Or can you hear it well and feel it on cartop? Might sound dumb but we had a similar problem, noise was coming from the tank. Drained the tank, cleaned the pump and realized the rubber hose for the return out of the valve was hard against the pump. We cut it and the noise went away 🤷🏻♂️

Where'd you put it in? Not trying to be smart. But for real results it needs to go directly into the jacks or It could take God only knows how long for a tiny bit to finally reach the jacks

Everyone needs to hear what I'm saying!!!! REPLACE THE OIL WITH CITGO TRANSGUARD THF OR CHEVRON THF 1000!! ALL YOUR VIBRATIONS WILL INSTANLY GO AWAY! I HAVE PROVEN THIS MANY TIMES OVER! The cheap oil they give us when leaking is a low cheap viscosity fluid. Thanks for playing and your welcome! SCHINDLER 330A. 165 GALLONS OF OIL.

This is absolutely 100% correct. Also, if the elevator has been running with conventional hydraulic fluid, take a serious look at the condition of the pistons themselves. If they are shiny and smooth, that is not what you want. The Pistons need to have a cross hatch of approximately 45°. The cross hatch helps lubrication and does not allow the packing to stick to the piston
