Have no comms from EDR (PY) door board. Have tried plugging in directly to door board with IMS and it does not connect. Can open/close doors manually on CT, but unable to run. Any ideas on what to try?

try swapping the board? is this a new board or existing? Try to reverse the comm cables on the board

I had a bad connection once in car station board where comm line plugs in. PSC and NSC, find it on the print and ring it all the way back to the controller. Most likely door board and good luck they are on back order right now.
