Hi guys,

We are now looking after an Otis 360 and after entering the shaft and installing a new Dialler, we placed the entry switch tabs back in place on the doors, we have the safety circuit but it won't return to service. Any ideas??

What does it show on the service tool / OFT?

I am guessing it might be stuck on HAD (Hoistway Access Detection) as a result of you having entered the hoistway without following the expected sequence of opening devices, usin the stop switch, etc.

Hi TheElevatorGuy,

No the tool just says "No 48v".

Any ideas as we can't even move the lift on inspection.

Did you try an clear the ram and do a reset? If that didn't work check for your 48volts at the controller. Maybe you guys shorted something during the replacement and didn't notice ?
