I have 2 stop Federal Elev that has been out of service for a while. Put unit in service will run on cartop inspection, will not run in automatic. Both hall and car buttons blink nonstop every second. PLC blinks also. Believe blinking is a possible plc reset or actual fault but have very little info except electrical print

You’re going to have to call Federal, guaranteed there is maintenance timer that needs to be turned off

Call Federal. You’ll need to reset the PLC with their help. They charge for support and copy of prints if you don’t buy from them, FYI.

Sometimes if you argue enough you may be able to get a copy of the prints.

If your paying have them tell you how to disable it.

At least on inclinators you can set the day counter to 0 so it never comes on.
