Have Schindler 3300 that has fault code 3622 and shutdown status 98 any information will be helpful TIA.

Lost communication to the COP node

So we replaced processor board ,in cop button board ,with the small ribbon cables. there are two larger ribbon cables were gonna try next

Update after replacing the SCOPM Position board in the cop the fault went away although to another fault appeared 4401 that turned out to be ground connection that was never put back on from previous visit thanks

Just FYI, Adams has a kit, on their website, to replace the serial fixtures for the 31/3300 & 5500 serial only fixtures with regular vendor fixtures (i.e Innovation, DMG, etc.
