Hello guys, I am new to the forum, sorry if I brake any rules of it. I am working on KONE Minispace elevator and have some issues: - The elevator was running normally but suddenly failed. It was found the fuse F2 for the control line was burned. It appeared to be the brake module. After replacement elevator, start working in RDF only. If I switch in INSPECTION it just opens the brakes, and the car jumps up around 100-150 mm. If I put in NORMAL mode, the elevator tries to go to level, the board sees oscillators 61U/N and 30, and gives command to stop, but just before the brakes engage, the car is pulled up around 50mm, so it loses the signal from 61U and tries to relevel again. If I manually put the car on level, with 61U/N and 30 oscilators active, the car will stay steady and will be able to accept commands for going up/down. I changed already the battery on top of the car, the LCECCB, LCEADO, BRAKE MODULE, oscillator 61U, LWD, and inverter, but I still cannot find the reason why it behaves like that. Would appreciate any ideas or directions on what to look for.

When you changed out those boards did you do a 5-7-1 lon download... And or try a 5-2-1 shaft set up?

I did many times 5-2-1 shaft setup. When it does shaft setup, on the top deck when it stops, it goes to Error 21, because while stopping it overshoot with about 50 mm and loses the position of 61U. (The brakes engage after that pull back). Regarding 5-7-1 I can not access. I can access only till 5-4. Normally, there are no errors showing on the CPU panel. Can appear only E101, but that is not giving any further information.

I guess you didn’t finish correctly 5_2_1. The shaft setup if finished correctly when you see in the end of moving - - - - If you not see it, you should try more times. Usually when I do 5_2_1 I set jumper on XB1. Then I will not get 0021. And sometimes after I start 5_2_1 the car starts and then stops, it means I need to move the car lower and the try again or I need to turn off and turn on the power.

Every time I make 5-2-1, I have - - - - at the end. Anyway, the 0021 is coming, and the elevator does not go to the first deck to start in normal operation. Further, if I go on top of the car and try to run in Inspection, the lift just open the brakes for few seconds, car jumps like 100-150 mm up and can not move normally.

Did you look faults history ? E_1 (1=latest fault). Must be more faults in the history.

Yes, the build up faults are 0021, 0101 inverter fault, 0109 position lost.. More or less these are the faults.

First I would check the tachometer, even if there is no 0108. Then all 6 parameters(drive parameters), maybe it lost some of them. Sometimes it happens with the same drives because power surge. And also the HCB board in the V3F18 can be broken. If you have the same elevator, you should change the boards for test.

Hi Vadim. I changed tacho already - same. I changed the HCB, and complete VFD - same. I contacted a friend of mine - elevator service - he said it is outside the inverter. After I changed the inverter I am sure it is something outside the inverter. Just.. so far cannot figure out what exactly
