I’ve recently started a route with a handful of semantic doors and operators. I’ve got the handheld tool and the manual which seems a little vague. Getting the doors to operate smoothly and consistently has been a challenge. Trying different skate types and playing around with speed profiles doesn’t always result in an intended change in performance. The manual talks about software upgrades but not how or where to get them. I’ve emailed wittur/ sematic and emailed and tried to call a dealer in Ohio with no response. Does anyone have experience and advice on adjusting and working with these units?
If all else fails, read the instructions
