Good morning Group, working on a Schindler QKS door operator on a new schindler 330 hydro. Doors are dead fault is 202 code 6. lon test is good, fuses are good with 230 AC going from control to operator, signal to open and close is leaving controller according to LCD display. Green lights on operator are as follows: INIT = flashing on and off SENSOR = on steady OBSTACLE = on steady CLOSE = on when doors full closed, off when not full close OPEN = on when full open APPL = off
Happy not to be working on this one personally, trying to help a friend.

Is it a QKS16 operator with TDCB board?

Never seen a QKS16 or TDCB PCB. Sounds like (from the error) that the reversing edge is bad.

I'll try to get more information, doing this for a friend. Only time I pick a tool nowadays it's one of those wincey screwdrivers that fits the screws on my glasses. Sometimes a little bigger one when I can't find the bottle opener.
Work Safe All,
Jim

QKS16 was the first door operators on the 321a and 330a. Looks like an ECI operator in some versions. They ran off a PCB board behind the car station. The later generation had a siemens drive and were used with an encoder and set-up with a Handheld tool that was infared.

202, the doors cant reach end position, 06 the drive does not move door even though command is given, sounds like it may need a learn run, get the doors all the way open lube the clutch retracting ramp to ensure full close during learn run and cycle disconnect off for 10 sec then power up, hope it helps!!

It ends here with this note from my friend.
This is an IDD operator and only adjustable with a service tool. I did get my hands on a nice manual though. You can do some diagnostic without a tool if you have the manual. I recieved a new operator today unfortunately the old one has to go back. BIG BUCKS from Adams/Schindler. Thanks,

I have a few cars (even an original 321A) with the TDC in the car station. I figured the OP was talking about an IDD, TDC's and/or QKS's don't have LED's.

Common problem with the QKS910 Schindler door controller is failure of the Darlington power transistor. It's gain drops to zero after it overheats when the doors are jammed open
