Had to replace the CPUA board on one. We are not able to get it to take the hall network teach command. We have error codes of 1125 through 1128. Car runs from car calls, just not from hall stations. We have two other buildings exactly like this one and verified the settings are the same. Got to by an issue that we are not doing correctly. As the car was running before, we would just have to reset the cpua board. It escapes me now what the original fault code was, but the solution was to reload software or defective CPUA board. We reloaded the software and never was able to get the original CPUA board back on. Replaced the board and here we are. we are doing the TECCR first, but fails on the next command of teach front hn.

Check your CAN voltage. Should read about 2.4vdc from CAN low to G24 and slightly higher on CAN high. If voltage is funky, unplug the riser and read the board pins. If the voltage is better there is probably a bad HN card. If voltage is funky on the board, it’s probably that CPUA. Do make sure you matched the header jumpers. Power off should have 60 ohms from CAN high to CAN low.
