Good Afternoon Vators,

We have a Schindler 3300 which won’t count floors while traveling in the up direction during contract speed. On inspections it works fine. Verified all sensors in 305 menu. Everything works like it should. Also chance the car top board thinking could have been the landing unit processor issue. In the down direction it counts fine. I’ve moved sensors around as well to see if I can move the issue with no luck. Luet indicator works as well. Will start the bottom floor in normal and by the time it gets past the 2nd landing it will stop at 3, open the door and fault out with a 4201

Did you check KSE-U and KSE-D? The relays inside the sensor are notorious for going bad. You can watch the IO, can wave a magnet in front of it to watch it change.
