Hello! Recent addition to Elevator Forum, but relieved that this exists and grateful for the breadth of expertise I saw reading through threads while the admin approved my account.
Our building super asked me to see if I could help source the part in the photos below. From what I've been able to find online it's a Tricon I/O 24D, but I'm far from an expert. Any insight as to where I could find another one of these would be great, or even a better part description would be helpful.
