I have an elevator shutting down every week. Car is stopped and not moving. Level at the floor but it shows elevator up to speed and running. If we reset board it recovers and runs again. Is it a bad SPB board or something else? What should I be looking for?

What faults are you getting? Check MCSS, OCSS and SPB and write down the relevant faults while it is shutdown.
