Got problems with kone eco drive levelling
It's stopping 200mm short in down travel and comes
Up with fault 01 08
It's works fine in up travel

0108 is a Motor/tacho fault. The car isn't doing what the control wants, or the tach wheel is dirty, sheave dirty, or you could blow out the tach brush rigging, if it has removable caps.
Check your loadweighing, menu 5,1
Displays the current load, as a percentage of capacity. It might think it weight in it that doesn't exist, so it's scaling back the motor torque, as it's pulling the counterweight up. If it assumes there is signifigant weight in the car, it may be expecting that, and so alters the S-curve accordingly. Just a guess.
Maybe one of our Kone experts will chime in.
BTW, great job at the Olympics for the UK! Great show, and excellent medal count results, especially for a pool of 65 million people. Punching above your weight!

There are so many other possibilities, the mind boggles!
Simon,
I think the first thing is just to have a good look at it, and see what the drive is doing, the run command, the pattern, Safe Circuit and Door Locks, Start Permit, Drive Need, the brakes, etc. Just get a sense if it's try to stop there, (off floor level), or if it is trying to actually stop AT floor level, but isn't able to because of some anomaly. Along this journey, many things could be discovered unrelated to loadweighing. But it's a start.
