I have a 4 car group. 1 car has been down for several months. With power off that car other 3 cars respond to hall calls properly. When power put in the car that was shutdown hall calls latch but no car will respond even though car is on inspection. Power off group works fine.

I’ll start off by saying ive never seen a 4 car group of hydro’s 🤣.

With that out of the way, id check to make sure each car has the correct RCB-No in OCSS. Then check your SOM circuitry / relays, fuses.
