No loss of safe circuit, nor door locks. Nothing in the fault log.
Going back today, to see if it's losing position, or whatever. This is the second go-around with this issue. The first go-around, MCE said we needed new software, which was installed several months back.

Im having a similar problem Did the whole software thing as well , and still having issues have some parts on order just waiting to go back aswell. The only fault im getting is loss of position feed back .

Do you have that skinny, magnetic-encoded selector tape? Looks like the elevator is reading an old 8-track audio tape!

MCE is going to send out a new SD card, to download a new software revision. Third version for us.

Somehow I get the feeling that this wouldn't be necessary if Majid and Javad were still at the helm.

I hear ya....Quality control has seemed to suffer.

Since the M2000 came out, we have had a few board failures on initial start-up. That never used to be the case with the PHC 1000, which we installed many hundreds of.

And there have been a few M2000 board failures during service, too.

Overall, I'd say they have more problems now than ever. Maybe they are making their boards in a sweatshop.
