Well,for one,I have never heard of an Otis 3000.
Next,what card?
What part of the controls are you looking at?

Otis 3000 is a geared traction package elevator. Google..

I see, a Chinese version of the 311.

yes chines installation name given OTIS3000 due to which we have problem .

1-Elevtore have no well drawing.
2-we have no dignostic aspect.
3- throuhg which we found error.
4-\Codes display on card. but we have nothing to identifies plz help bro thks for ur response.

Could you give more info on what the car is doing? Hanging on Downward movement does not give a good picture of what is going on.

Also maybe you could get the building owner contact otis and get a set of prints?

WE HAVE PASSENGER ELEVATOR 2 IN NUMBER'S ALWAYS HAVE FAULT AND WE SPEND DAY'S FOR RECTIFYING THE FAULT. WE HAVE POWER DIAGRAM LIMITED AND CONTROL DIAGRAM LIMITED. NOT IN STATUS WE RECTIFYING THE FAULT .
1-WE HAVE SERVICE TOOL BUT NO KNOWLEDGE TO OPERATE.HOW'S WE DIAGNOSIS OUR PROBLEM .WE NEED TUTRIAL.
2-WHEN FAULT OCCURS FOR EXAMPLE 'B1A' ERROR ON CARD DISPLAY MEANS ERROR CODES WE HAVE NO MANUAL TO WHICH WE RECTIFYED IT.
BASICALLY THIS SYSTEM IS INSTALLED BY CHINES ,THIRD PARTY THEREFORE WE HAVE NO RESOURCES TO CONTACT.

Is it a critcal fault? Mean does it shut it down? What did you do to rectify the problem. When it faults will the car run on car calls? Does it answer hall calls? I need more information of what is going on.

when we face problem in we spend days for rectifying . on manual methods step by step checks all points and if any problem we think is here than we physically bypass the points .and find the area where the problem occurs .

Does it answer hall calls?
working normal on normal calls but jumping on some status gives error b1a....

Are you a elevator tech? Cause you bypassing or jumping out circuits that you have no clue what they are really scares me. Im sorry I cannot help you. Please contact Otis or a elevator company who has the correct resources to help you. And for heavens sake please dont leave jumpers on the controller.

nop brother we have no such thoughts we want a proper way due to which i share u this?
we works on proper way .jumpers are not proper way ...therefore we try our best FOR proper way for the elevator--- i am new for elevator therefore i want proper way for handle it .. the other technician are doing this practices which is illegal.
2nd the my colleague tech jumpers only finding error area .

i am ask from my tech friends they disconnect those place where the found error bypassing means looks this place for founding error ed place not used bypassing the system without protection whole system works properly under company installed rules
but diagnostic methods is different due to unaware of tools and error codes unavailability .......
one of basic problem no logic drawing of parts e.g drive -motion card.etc...................

The fault accour was B1A.When we reset the elevator control pannel it operated
normally for a while and after it again show the fault B1A and elevotor stops.
We check out the encoder the encoder is not working properly and we replace the encoder card
and checking out that there is an IC named A7800A and Lm78 was faulty.
we replace the card with new one and working on the faulty card to be repaired soon as possible.

Sounds like a bad flux capacitor. I would call an elevator company

With tool press m-2-2-2 and record the bottom numbers.Hit go on to view the faults.

record them here.

And never ever jump out circuits to run the elevator that allows passengers to ride.
