KDM Drive 106 fault

Getting a drive error on a KDM , 106 fault with a sub code 1056. Says unintended movement. Anyone had this issue with KDM drives? Car is balanced correctly and brake time is set good.

That's what tech support told me to go after as well. I did find the tach NOT grounded but that didn't change anything. Adjuster thinks it's the MX18 brake. Head is on a swivel
