Thanks. Swapped CPU on to car # 1 it worked ok. FYI I don't have a handheld tool for this machine. Swapped every single board and card rack board. Installed new upper and lower card rack. Problem still exists when placed back to car 2. At this point I'm dead in the water. Scratching head......side not after swapping CPU. Car #1 did go into fire service. I had an extremely hard time resetting this. Could this be a software problem of some sort ? Or still search for a short ? A short some where is my gut feeling. Anyway thanks for the help fellas.
