QEI Inspectors that have been certified by the Labor and Industry for your State, can and do inspect Elevators as requested by Building Owners. So do Consultants that are QEI Certified. That is our job, that is how we make a living. If your Elevators are up to Code and are performing as intended by the Manufacture, the only thing you have to worry about is the price of your Contract with the Building, too high and you lose the Contract, too low and you have the Contract but can't maintain it properly because there isn't enough money in it.
