hello everyone!
He have an otis elevator with MCS 220M / 0VF 20 control panel.
Recently we have a problem, the elevator stops at (any) floor with open doors and n calls are accepted.
The errorwe get is door stall, but the door and the open-close contacts, are working properly
We must do a reset for the elevator to work corectly again, but once a day this error occurs.
Any toughts what may be the problem?

have you checked that nudging is set up on the door operator. If the Elevator goes into nudging and the operator isn't set up you will get a door stall.

Because i do not know good english, you are saying that i must check the 'door violation contact'?
The door we have is old... it has the open, close and the 'violation' contact...

Nudging is when someone stands in the door opening too long. When the doors are blocked open by the safety edge (infrared curtain or strike edge) a timer usually runs out. The edge is then bypassed while the doors close at a reduced speed.

Also you may want to check for any buildup of dirt on the door hanger rail.

Also could be a faulty gate contact. If DCL is in, hoistway doors are closed, but the gate is not, the same door stall can show up.
