John Jay I have to apologize I gave you bad info. I got swift and the tac50-04 confused. The TKE stuff does not have the rubber sleeve that is swift. Most of the time its mounted with double sided tape to the side of the box. That comes off and then the board will ground to the box. So covering the board is a good idea. Sorry man I don't like giving bad info.
