I have a twins Schindler elevators in my route, the problem is the slave elevator not accept the hall calls at the master elevator have more than 3 hall calls. I need to know how change that spec in the elevator program to accept the hall calls normally.

The building have 20 floors, the elevator #1 accept all the hall calls, and the #2 stay in stand by in the 1st floor. If have a h/call in the floor #15, the elevator #1 go to work with it, but at the same time have a h/call in the same floor (#1) as the elevator #2 stay in stand by, that elevator not respond the call. The #2 accept only the h/calls if they have a more than 3 h/calls. I need to change that but the owner have 2 elevators but only use 1.

Zag,
I would like to know more about the elevator equipment in your building. Please provide us with the data tag information. Such as;
1) Manufacturer - Schindler
2) Model - ?
3) The year it was manufactured - ?
4) Number of stories - 20
5) Simplex, Duplex, ect - Duplex
6) Elevator # 1 - Master, Elevator # 2 - Slave

It sounds like there is a type of old style landing call service zoning issue on old relay logic lifts. Hall calls operated via a zone ring and unless there was enough demand only 1 lift would start a generator and use that lift for all these calls. The more calls, the more resistance in the zone, the more lifts started up. Not applicable in this case though but similar?

I think uppo is on to it. Some new equipment has zone preference as well. Does this happen at all floors, just the uppers, just the lowers, etc? Once the second car starts answering, does the first car still respond, does the second stay in service until demand drops?

Silly, the proyect is installed in 2009.
The elevator #1, have a more than 3 h/calls the elevator #2 go to response the anothers calls.
This happen in all floors calls.

if the car has (N) in the display is in Normal, and if this problem happen you must to remplace the software maybe this version has a minor bug
question
if you turn off 1 elevator the other response the hall calls without delay ?
or the problem change?
