Disconnect feilds and feed them with 110VAC. Then messure voltage drop across each feild and see if they are equal. More than a volt are two differance can be a problem. Also as others have give good advice I have seen more overspeed in the up direction caused by load weighing than any other cause. On Otis equipment.
