Hi Scott, yeah they had purchased a new door package when we picked up the job. I'm just trying to keep it running until the new doors come in. It appears the door motor armature grounded causing the SCR to short. So new motor and new SCR has the car up and running. I'm not that familiar with this door operator but I know those old Mac operators (with speed and control board) will close with no control if the Transistor shorts. I had to do a deposition for a case where someone was hit very hard by the doors. I would recommend to any one on here if you still have that old MAC operator to get rid of it. I've seen the damage first hand.
