To program or learn the HN's board you should do it by using the IMS, on the Remote FAST window, hit the followig commands:
-TECCR to clrear the the existing progrannations.
-TECC to learn all the communications.
Than you can do a TECF/R for testing if there is any HN missing or a DHNF/R to see the states of all HN's.
