Does this car use vanes and transducer, or is it using a selector tape? I have had a similiar fault on a TAC 32 hydro. Magnet for floor was accurate for the floor level, but the selector count was wrong. Whoever had adjusted it must have moved the magnet to hit his floor levels better. I simply rescanned the hoistway and the fault was gone never to return.
