But all of the things here are based on AUTO, even runs slow on inspection though. I will try tomorrow. So far, no faults, dispatch is normal, EPC is good, Load is at 0%. Nothing to show alt profile. It did run 75% speed for a short time Friday but then back to 50%. Keep you all posted

A couple of Drive Parameters to check are, 621 feed back device, 558 ME base speed, 606 Motor Base speed, and 607 and 608 speed limits.

You may have to start swapping boards, MSU,Relay Pilot< and Motion Adapter, are suspects to try.

yep, 621 =0 for encoder, base speeds are 1150 and speed limits are 1217. mvel-400. trying to get route mech to swap drive logic boards but customer is "very animated" about turning off both cars, even for 3 mins. Might have to do in middle of night.

already swapped motion adapter. going to have mech bring another MSU and relay pilot from another job/parts depot

does motion info screen 1 give any clue it gives you command velocity, max velocity for the run you are making, and reason for any velocity limit should be some clue here as to what it is trying to do. then switch to screen 3 for feedback etc.

In MSU Adjust, is jog at 100%. If not correct to 100%.

both checked out ok. sent drive to access drive. LOL, now second car just loss logic board. Gotta love em. thanks guys for the help
