if it is a digital dc drive, f8 is contactor failure, vp19
contactor failure. contactor is dropping out when commanded to pick up
one thing to keep in mind is the DSD switch on the door operator
since this all seems to start with door operator adjustment, i would check the DSD micro switch on the door operator, this switch usually closes about 1-2" before doors are fully closed, if this switch does not make up, the M contactor will not pick up. have a look at this first
