Dan did you try adding weight to the car? We had a monospace in which we couldn't find the fault( kept on tripping and nothing could be isolated), but just tried a couple of test weights to the car top and the fault never came in again. Its a off broadway fix but it worked. We think the balance/load weigher(which we changed) was off.
