I have a 2005 TKE tac 20. on fire service phase 2 the car door slams open. everything else seems to work fine. any ideas on this problem?

If it's closing faster too it might just be a parameter. There's a slow speed and normal speed.

after getting my hands on a service tool. I returned to the site and the fire service is working fine. not sure what changed. some days you just get lucky.
