Looking for some ideas, its a two car group. Car 1 is 4 stop and car 2 is a 3 stop. When you shut down car 1 , car 2 hall calls get messed up. Never seen this before. Any ideas what to look into? I check all the parameters.

Car 2 is 4 stop bottom landing is a rear opening car 1 is a 3 stop no rear opening when you turn off the mainline to car 2, the hall calls are not right for car 1. So when you push the first floor up button the car goes to the second floor. its like its off a floor when car 2 is out. But once you put car 2 back in service the hall calls are fine. I played with 52, 54, 56 and 58 settings. but nothing seems to work. I hope this helps.

i don't have my book in front of me but car 2 is most likely your "master" and car 1 is the "slave" when you have to shut down car 2 you might have to change car 1 to "master" while car 2 is off. this might help, if not i can look into it more.

Check your cross connections, then check adjustment 1, 52,54,56,58. I don't have my book, but make sure your floor designations are correct. ie 1st fl rear and 2 thru 4 front or what ever. It sounds like its just set up wrong.
