Don't forget those bifurcated relays in the speed box located at the bottom of the controller. Using normal type IDEC, MONTGOMERY or OMRON relays will give you intermittent troubles. Gotta use the low current ones (OMRON 4YZN?) Seeing how your error is at the bottom consistently, I'd think that's a clue.
