When you are stopped and at floor level, ST is held in through the nc RL1, nc aux M switch contact, and nc SB, P2,and BC.The kicker is it only happens at the bottom level. If it happens when you are trying to leave the bootom floor, then you hold ST up with DG1 and DG2,IR and P. you might try jumping around the IR contact since it is up all the time except when you are on inspect.You could have a bad traveler in the inspection circut. Just to eliminate it. I am not sure if it is physically possible to clip this or not. Just a thought.
