Glad to see you back. It's been several months since you first posted about your Montgomery Star wheel selector. I'm sorry to report that Montgomery is still out of business, the parts you are looking for are not being manufacture and no elevator manufacturer would want the liability of fabricating these parts.
Your current elevator company is pointing you in the right direction. Every owner of an apartment or condo building is faced with the overwhelming cost of having to replace thier elevator equipment. You as a part of the condo building have a responsibility to the association to be financially responsible to the association.
