I'm having a problem wit a composite with an MRS 111 leveling upgrade , there's no more cable, drum, pie plates .it's been upgraded with this Virginia made product , they're out of business now, but it's not opening the door at the second floor, and OD Tried to pull in but it drops out immediately. All other floors open and close just fine. Any ideas.
